Educational Qualification:- 
12th with Science plus Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) .
Age:- 
Minimum 18years and maximum 34years.

Remuneration:-
Fixed amount of @Rs.10970/- per month.

Staff Nurse
Educational Qualification:- 
Certificate as Registered Nurse & Midwife having passed three years course in General Nursing and Midwifery from a school of Nursing or other Institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council or B.Sc. (Nursing).

Age:- 
Minimum 20years and maximum 39years.

Remuneration:-
Fixed amount of @Rs. 21190/- per month.

Health Visitor(Multi Purpose)
Educational Qualification:- 
12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent from a recognized Board/University with Multipurpose workers course
from institutes recognized by Central/State governments.
Age:- 
Minimum 18years and maximum 31years.
Remuneration:-
Fixed amount of @Rs.11590/- per month.

Health Visitor(Multi Purpose) - 11.10.2015

Venue:-
Central Hospital, DLW, Varanasi
